All prescription products available through Activ8 Health require a medical eligibility check before any medication is prescribed, ordered, or dispensed. If you are determined to be not eligible for a product before any medication is prescribed, ordered, or dispensed, Activ8 Health will issue a refund of any applicable fees paid.
Once your order has been prescribed, ordered, dispensed, or shipped, no refunds will be issued, except as required by law.
