Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Activ8 Health does not accept returns or issue refunds for medications once they have been ordered, processed, or shipped, except where expressly stated in this Policy or required by law. Federal and state regulations prohibit the return or resale of prescription medications once they have been dispensed or shipped. This policy protects customer safety and ensures regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Determination and Refunds

All prescription products available through Activ8 Health require a medical eligibility check before any medication is prescribed, ordered, or dispensed. If you are determined to be not eligible for a product before any medication is prescribed, ordered, or dispensed, Activ8 Health will issue a refund of any applicable fees paid.

Once your order has been prescribed, ordered, dispensed, or shipped, no refunds will be issued, except as required by law.

Orders

Your order begins once you complete the checkout process and payment is successfully processed. Fees include:

  • Prescription medications
  • Shipping and handling

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time by contacting annika@activ8-health.com or by phone at (602) 932-2888.

  • If a billing cycle has already been processed, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Past billing cycles are not refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available if:

  • A medication has been ordered, dispensed, or shipped
  • The request relates to dissatisfaction with results, personal preference, or failure to follow the prescribed regimen

This applies to all products available through Activ8 Health.

Limited Exceptions (Replacement Only - No Refunds)

Refunds are generally not issued; however, replacement medications may be provided in limited circumstances:

1. Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, broken, leaking, or unusable, you must notify Activ8 Health within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic documentation may be required

  • Upon verification, a replacement may be issued at no additional cost

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and replacements are the primary remedy

2. Incorrect Product

If you receive the wrong medication, dosage, or quantity due to a fulfillment error, contact Activ8 Health immediately.

  • Verified errors will be corrected through a replacement shipment

  • Returned medications are not accepted

Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided

  • The package was lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

  • The product was left unattended or improperly stored after delivery

  • The issue is reported after 48 hours from delivery

  • Treatment is discontinued for personal or lifestyle reasons

Compliance With Law

This Policy is intended to comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing prescription medications. Where required by law, Activ8 Health will provide the legally mandated remedy.
